Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. grated garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:

  1. Combine ground turkey and seasonings in a large bowl until mixed well.
  2. Take the meat and form 12 small burger patties.
  3. Grill patties over medium high heat for about 4 minutes on each side until brown and warmed through.
  4. Serve with sliced tomatoes, onions and lettuce.
