Special ingredient: White Wine

The dry white wine in this chicken piccata recipe not only helps deglaze the pan so you get all those delicious flavors, but it enriches the flavor of this dish immensely. In addition to the flavor added by the white wine, it does provide you with health benefits. Although white wine does not have as many benefits as red wine, it does provide antioxidants and flavonoids that contribute to good health, when consumed in moderation of course!
