		<description>Never tried squash but I used to live off raquetball in college. Most of the skills and fat burn transfer over. One guy giving a lesson was pushing ninety and still cleaning up against the twenty year olds.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m ALL for it and I&#039;ll give it a try.  As a martial artist, I can see what benefit it would have for THAT even.  Hand eye coordination, footwork, timing, quick reflexes.  Excellent!!</description>

This sport is not a joke, if you are at the point where you can have a 8-10 shot rally, you really don&#039;t need to use the treadmill or bike.</description>
