Same here, the benefits are greater, and interval training takes a lot less time than anything else. It&#039;s a win, win!

Give it a shot. I&#039;ve had knee problems for a while as well so I know what it&#039;s like. If you need another circuit that&#039;s easier on the joints let me know and I&#039;ll get something to you.</description>
