		<description>Great article to start the year. Good point about starting your cardio after your weight training. Every bodybuilder knows that but the layman out there probably does not. But strangely, some research has shown that it makes more sense to do some intervals before starting weight training. Intervals make more fatty acids available ti the body. Look forward to your feedback on this. Great article again.</description>
