The Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet is truly what it claims to be. It’s so simply presented and handed to you that your intelligence surely goes into question if you’re unable to follow the program.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is an online diet generator that runs for 11 days at a time and is geared specifically towards fat loss. The system is entirely web based, there is no human contact.

You get to choose from a list of foods provided to you and Fat Loss 4 Idiots spits you out an 11 day, 4 meals per day diet. You are instructed to eat your meals no sooner than two and a half hours apart. Easy squeezy.

After giving you the diet to follow, Fat Loss 4 Idiots rotates your diet and calorie eating pattern to encourage your body to burn more calories. The diets themselves are made up of lean protein, fruits and vegetables, giving your body all of the required nutrients to promote optimal health and weight loss.

Verdict 

There are many popular and respected fitness trainers who HATE the Fat Loss 4 Idiots system, but I think they’re all forgetting one simple thing;

If you are not used to eating properly and/or exercising then jumping head first into a full blown fitness program that require any sort of weight training usually isn’t sustainable! 

If Fat Loss 4 Idiots can take those customers that have terrible eating habits and zero exercise in their life and all of a sudden have them eating better for 11 days at a time and possibly even including walking, this is a very very good thing. 

If marijuana is considered the gateway drug to more dangerous drugs, then I would have to say Fat Loss 4 Idiots is the basic gateway program into a healthier lifestyle.

Once you start seeing the benefits of better nutrition and exercise people will be snorting broccoli and sneaking into the bathroom at work to do jumping jacks. ;)

I also believe the Fat Loss For Idiots claim of losing 9 lbs every 11 days is an exaggeration and should be taken as such. I think you should expect to lose weight if you stick to their program, but for optimal results, please include light exercise (such as walking) to your daily routine.

At $39 for the basic Fat Loss For Idiots Diet I believe this program is worth the investment, but I highly recommend adding 30 minutes of walking to your 11-day diet.

You will look better, feel better, and the increased energy will hopefully give you the motivation to consider adding an exercise program to your lifestyle.
