  • Exercises require weights which you either need to buy or be a member of a gym to get access to, unless you use the bodyweight exercises which do not cover everything
  • Tries to sell ProGrade Nutrition supplements a lot throughout the guide, it can get a little annoying, but if you want a one-stop shop for this sort of thing I suppose it could be helpful
