Big claims by the new guys on the fitness block. I wanted to read through this program to make sure its firstly not dangerous and secondly, not pure baloney.

The Warp Speed Fat Loss System (WSFL) was designed by Alywn Cosgrove and Mike Rousell. Alywn owns his own gym in California and Mike has his PhD in Nutrition at Pennsylvania State University, one of the top cardiovascular nutrition research labs in the US. Mike also keeps a steady amount of clients on the side to ensure he's always up to date on what works and what doesn't.

Great start, I like authors that are constantly testing their theories and systems to make sure they're always effective.

The idea behind the system itself is the ability of Warp Speed Fat Loss to take a regular fitness mentality and throw it into overdrive. WSFL takes the essential importance of nutrition, proper weight and cardio training and tells you step by step how to turn your body into a fat burning temple.

The diets in this program are extremely detailed and provide everything you would need regarding nutritional information. WSFL also goes that extra step and provides meal plans for every body type. This is the first time I've seen a program broken up like this!

WSFL almost literally holds your hand and walks you through the 28 day program. You look up your weight category, follow the diet, complete the given workouts and then go dig up your formerly retired favorite pair of jeans. That's it!

The authors tell you what to eat on day 1 right through till day 28, what specific workouts to do and basically how to live your life for 28 days.

I'm surprised they didn't also provide instructions on how to brush your teeth or make love to your significant other for maximum fat loss!
